Review summary

We loved our cruise experience, however we didn't realize that the area was going to was affected by the Zika virus, and since my wife is pregnant that really limited our possibilities. It was great other than that though. Can't wait to go again!

Watch out for the evening shows, as they may be a little more revealing than anticipated. Not all family friendly. The comedy was also sub par using old jokes and crass humor to get a laugh.

Great cabin. We were at the back of the ship which allowed a quieter place and wider hallway. It was fun watching the last port slowly fade out of view.

Ship tip

Can't decide on only one dessert? Ask for a plate to go and they can send you out the door with an extra dessert instead of ordering room service at 1am. We were also told passengers on Carnival get a free visit to see the Queen Mary ship just feet away from the Carnival Port, not sure if true.
