There are so many negative comments that need to be made a letter will be sent to the corporate office!

Why bother with 150+ when I will be addressing all the issues in the letter being sent to Carnival.

You have the right to complain all you want, but you may want to check your list of past cruises as you have listed 2 different cruises for the same day/same year in 2 different parts of the world. As a retired travel agent, every traveler must do their due diligence as the problems usually stem from not reading the fine print!
