Review summary
No communication with us before arrival for the cruise. Drink package had a wasted day. I commented on the wonderful service in the Prime restaurant and room steward and room cleaning staff.
Embarkation

We got no information that our departure time was move back 7 hours. We found out bu mu daugther-in-law that it was change. We findlly got on the ship at 8:30PM and our rooms were not ready until after 10:00PM. The first day of our drink package was wasted.

In the main dining room we had several of you employees that was fantastic Team leader Kadek, Team Waiter Darko and Ric Ann. The beautiful ladies in the from was a pleasure to talk with and meet. One night we did not have our normal team and it was not very good, but I did not get there names. I will not lower my score due to them. the food was awesome.
Onboard Activities

I came on the cruise with my older daughter, Son-in-law, Two older sons and their wifes/daughter-in-law and my wife. This was our first cruise for most of us. My daughter been on one last year. My wife and I mostly did a lot of walking the completed ship and peoples watching.

The room Steward and his staff was fantastic. I have to use my CPAP machine and lost my power cord. Greg the room steward was able to come up with a power cord and adapter that would work. I went two days without sleep and finally got ahold of Greg and he was a God blessing after talking to many other peoples. Our room was kept very clean and we got a beautiful animal figures my of towels daily made by Elenita. She made us feel like we was the most important people on the ship and call us by name every time. Greg and Elenita is a assets for your cruise ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

I was hoping to get a balcony room but none was available when we book our cruise. I met several people on the ship that book the cruise and got the cruise at half of what we paid and got a balcony room. It would have been great if we had that options. Communication to us was NOT Happening.
It was raining and did not go into town. I have seen Mexico many time and did not want to see it again. We explored the complete ship and spend time with my wife of 47 years.
