Overall it was a good trip and we had a nice time.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
We carried our own luggage so getting to our room was very fast.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Coffee was wonderful. The variety of the buffets were really great serving French, Italian, Pizza, Deli, an extensive salad bar with of course hamburger and fries.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
There were a few parties that were fun however the singles mixer had no one there. Maybe announce half price drinks or something. The large outdoor Chess set was fun to play.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Music was nice, the DJ was really pretty good. The Latin band was great. We saw the stand up comedian and he was pretty good.
Children's Programs
I have adult children only.
Video Arcade
3 out of 5
Should have had way to cash in tickets won on video games or clear instructions with what to do.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Our Stateroom Steward, Audya Priest, was wonderful. Audya was very attentive and responded very quickly whenever we needed him which was a few times this trip. Not only did he keep our cabin fresh and clean Audya, he expressed sincere interest and concern over both of us, especially over my son's seasickness. And always referred to each of us by name.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
Ship needed attention. The roll and pitch was horrible throughout the entire trip. No matter where on the ship we were. Almost rolling out of bed. For many this was a first trip and vowed never to go on sea again. The ship had very clean public areas however I was told that the men's bathroom had splashes.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
We did have portholes even though we had an inside cabin
Ship tip
You may not want to sail on the Imagination until they make needed repairs to correct the pitch and roll. If you have great sea legs then go for it. Otherwise sail on the Inspiration.
