Review summary

This was our fist cruise and it didn't meet our expectations. The bar and buffet staff really put a damper on it. We were wowed by the wait staff in the dining room though and our stateroom attendant was awesome! The Divas and Epric Rock shows were cool but other than that the cruise was just ok.

3 out of 5
The food was very good edith the exception of the moldy pretzel bun I was given at the deli.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Fantastic

Children's Programs

We didn't have a child with us

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
The resaurant staff was fantastic, the buffet and bar staff were not. We were ignored multiple times. Additionally, when trying to converse with some of the buffet staff they couldn't understand what we were saying, the was a language barrier.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
The ship was clean and well maintained but a bit dated. The women's restroom near the Xanadu lounge was layed out weird and one of the doors wouldn't close.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The room was small but that was expected. It was clesn and comfortable.

Ports of call

Long Beach (Los Angeles), California

3 out of 5
Only came to Long Beach to get on the ship

Ensenada, Mexico

3 out of 5
The port could use some benches near the booths for people waiting to go on their excursions.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
Quick, easy and hassle free.
