What made this trip fun was the bonding and friendship, not the boat, to be honest! The ship is so tired it is long due for retirement or an overhaul. The service was very nice to me, but a few shipmates did have some staff issues.

Review summary

This is for the person or persons who wants a low budget option especially for a girls trip or simple excursion where many cannot or will not spend more money. Ensenada I would skip unless you want experience of having said you had gone. One kooky place.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Excellent, fast, efficient!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
A few mediocre experiences and I did as a non eating meat diner. Pizza delicious but my shipmates were unhappy with their items on this voyage.

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
Very few to choose from- literally NO BOOKS in the library but a few with foreign script. Empty bookshelves as clearly no one is reading here. Some tired board games. Comedian very funny in the night hours, as this is where I went every night for fun! The guys were the only entertainment I could find, other than casino.

The Fun Shops

5 out of 5

Clean, fun, cool colorful and I loved the deals on pop up shops!

Jewelry Shop

4 out of 5

So fun and really cool jewelry and makeup sections.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Comedians excellent but there was little else. My friend loved dancing at The Rave!

Library

1 out of 5

If I could give it no stars I would. Empty bookshelves, old games missing pieces and only a few sad copies of books in foreign languages. Sad but beautiful views if you get to sit by window.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Really great wait staff and dancers on last night! So sweet. Loved so many people onboard.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
Looked like mildew on my friends window in her ocean view cabin. This ship needs to see retirement. It’s so tired.

Cabin / Stateroom

2 out of 5
Basic but for the price, it was applicable.

Ship tip

Only go here if you can’t afford anything else or if it’s for a group where you just want to be together and others can’t afford another cruise.
