For the most part, a great trip I would go back again for.

This was extremely efficient and from the parking lot to out stateroom , it took approximately 30 minutes.

The food was very good. The service at the main dining facilities however has some opportunity for growth with aspects of orders incorrect. The Guy Fierri Burger Bar was OK but when I am cruising, I would like to see a buffet open at all hours.

The Alchemy Bar was amazing!!! The staff including Oscar, Maria, Ivanna, and Sina were all professional an experts at their craft. They were fun and creative with their cocktail selections. I would go on this trip again just for them!!!

I engaged at the fitness center which was well stocked. It was cold and I did not want to engage in outdoor activities.

The casino and dealings were warm, funny, hospitable and made the trip enjoyable.

Our service was mixed. The staff at The Alchemy Bar, the casino, and our steward Kadek were amazing. The dinner service had errors on more than one occasion.

While the layout had several twists and turns, it was always well maintained by courteous staff.
Cabin / Stateroom

The comfort and quiet was nice. I thought the towel animals were very cute and made the trip special. Our room and bathroom were always clean and it was more spacious than I thought it would be.
Ship tip
There is limited food selection 24 hours so plan ahead. The pizza joint is ok but room service will give you more. I will say that I wish they had soda/cola available at all locations to make my Bubbles purchase worth it. In the future, I will not purchase this service unless they improve this.
While efficient, it was nothing great to look at. The staff were nice and the parking very good, but perhaps some videos of what to expect in your trip to keep us entertained through the line.
This was much better than I thought it would be. It reminded me of Monterey, CA and the people were all wonderful especially Joshua/Justin pur tour host.
The winery tours were exceptional with great selections and excellent information. I was also pleased we had a bus with a bathroom in case I needed it.
