Review summary
Not bad for my first cruise. I did a lot of reading on cruises and wasn't too surprised about the incident with the pipe and the smell in the room. Although it was disgusting. I won't take this cruise again unless it's free. I will take another cruise some where else.

Ship Quality

The design of the ship was fine. However, there was a horrible smell of urine by the entire casino. Also, there was a horrible pipe breakage on the ship. This resulted in the main area on the 7th floor, where customer service and tour services is to be roped off. It was quite inconvenient and were not able to get information we needed.

The pipes in the bathroom had a horrible smell and made the room smell as well. It was sickening. Housekeeping cleaned the pipes in our bathroom, the smell was gone for about 24 hours, but came back. Fortunately, we were leaving the ship the next morning.
Ship tip
It was very cold in the rooms. Although you are able to turn the air down, there is still air circulation in the room. I'm not hot blooded and I did not need to be in a 70 degree room. The cold air also irritated my sinus it was difficult to sleep. Bring warm pajamas if you are like me. Be prepared to buy a lot of photos and they are not cheap. Also, bring a sippy cup or some kind of refillable cup/bottle. You can always fill it with free ice tea, juice, beer from the dispensers in the buffet. Sodas and alcohol will cost $$$$
Really enjoyed Ensenada. Enjoyed the excursion to the museum and the margaritas were excellent. The winery was interesting, and I enjoyed the tacos while shopping down town. People in downtown shopping market was really nice, spoke good English and didn't hassle you much. I do suggest you stay within the tour. The tour guide and bus driver were really nice. Be sure to tip them!
