Review summary

Had a blast on the ship! Catalina was beautiful. I have to say I was disappointed with Encenada. That city has so much potential to offer but the government could care less. Doesn't take pride to show off what it can offer to travelers. This was my first time cruising and I had a GREAT experience on the ship!!

our housekeeper was awesome!!!!

Ship tip

take your luggage with you that way you don't have to wait for it. and take any drinks with you instead of checking them in your luggage because it will be confiscated.

Shortly after changing their beverage policy, we sailed on the Imagination in October 2015. We had soda in our luggage and we were informed it would be confiscated if not removed and we were OK with that. My only complaint would be that we were told we could retrieve items on disembarkation day and were given instructions as to the time and location to retrieve product. When we arrived to pick it up we were told "Oh...no, if it's not alcohol they just keep it and drink it themselves!" At the time I was a little ticked off simply because, why give me the information to pick up my belongings when my belongings were never there? Today, it just kind of makes me smile and I'm glad the guys were able to enjoy some Diet Mountain Dew! We can't sweat the small stuff after all, we're on a cruise!!! âï¸â±ð¹
