Review summary
The worst Carnival cruise ever for us. We booked a suite so we would have a balcony to relax and enjoy the ocean views. Every day from about 7:00 AM to about 5:00 PM workers were grinding metal, welding and painting on the deck right below us, so much for enjoying the balcony. The smell from the fresh paint made us sick. When we entered the suite, the refrigerator was not working, we called guest services three times, advised our cabin steward one time, we went down to deck seven and talked to a gentleman at guest services, he did not even care enough about the problems to take our cabin # or our names. The noise below our deck was every day and the refrigerator was replaced at about 12:30 AM on Thursday. While eating at the seaday brunch, the gentleman delivering drinks to the table spilled three drinks on my husbands shirt, and shoes.

Ship tip
Don't book a cabin on the Imagination, book one on the Inspiration because the Inspiration is ten times cleaner and ten times more friendly.
