Review summary

The kids programs for my 10 and 13 year old were very weak and the counselors in the 10 year old class were not enthusiastic and almost mean. Very little interaction with parents and they were not friendly to us or the kids. I think this is an area you could improve on tremendously.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
loved all the choices.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Once again because of the kids programs is why i gave you this average score.

Children's Programs

1 out of 5
Again, this was the worst part of our trip. The conference room was not lableled and not marked and frustrating to find, but mose importantly it was your staff in the 10 year old group that made this not fun.

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Unfortunately since my kids did not enjoy themselves as much because of the counselors this is where i have to rank you. Most of the staff was good, but when you have to hear it from your kids it is a bummer for the parents.
