As first time cruisers this trip was amazing! We are looking forward to booking another one. There was a few hiccups but we got through it and we are now lifetime cruisers.

Cora and Ronnel from JiJIs provided exceptional customer service and mad us feel welcomed We ended up giving our daughter the a nickname (JIJI) thanks so much Ramond Josephus all provided exceptional during our dining time and went above and beyond he didn't make us feel like a number. Please keep up the good work. Ramond from Zimbabwe- definitely went above and beyond the first day he walked us to the kids club, I think he seen the frustration in our faces as first time cruisers, snd everyday he was friendly and had a welcoming face!

Carnival held up to it's name the "fun ship" if you are looking for a conservative cruisers and for quite time this would not be the cruise for you.

The lines were long and confusing. We had faster with the fun pass and it took hours to get off the Ship we check our luggage the night before and we never received a letter on how to disembark
