We were lie to and my mother fell going in to the bathroom I had to sit on the floor just to enter in the bathroom it a long story it more

Ok u had a bad experience but u gave no exact details as to why ur experience was the worst, why the ship and every port u visited was the worst. As someone who has never cruised on this ship and will in the future DETAILS matter alot.

Who lied? Why were you on the floor trying to get into the bathroom? None of the ports were acceptable? So many questions....
