So they hired new staff? They all have 8 or 10 months contracts anyway, don't they? I wouldn't expect the same exact personnel after a few years, anyway. But I would expect the same approximate level of service.

Sorry your cruise was a disappointment. We were on the Freedom in January it was awesome. We will be on the Horizon January 2023 hope it’s as good as the Freedom.
