Our room steward Nataliya was on point the team of Robert and Robin in the mdr never forget our names or our individual preferences .Customer Service reps need retraining they were curt to the point of disrespectful to my family and many others

We were on the ship and had a great time. The extra days at sea gave us time to relax. We've had NO down time due to Covid since both of our jobs are essential. Plus due to their compensation, we actually made money on this cruise.

While it's unfortunate you missed ports the cruiseline is allowed to modify or miss ports. It is clearly stated in the cruise contract. At least you got to sail. Plus the onboard credit that they did not have to provide.
