Yeah January on this cruise was wonderful disappointed the excursions and lack of entertainment for teens if you're going to take away the volleyball courts make sure you take them away from the advertisements and let people who are know that they're not offered. our kids never got to play any games everything was for 18 and over on board in terms of basketball volleyball games in dodgeball disappointing as the teen club is not frequented by any

Quality was ok. Too much junk offered everywhere. Very little fresh fruit. We were on a family harbor level there was a lot of junk food and ice cream no fresh fruit for healthy options offered it was not a good alternative to eating in restaurants

Wow, we were just on the Horizon mid November 8 night cruise our experience was totally different!! We found chairs by one of pools, or just in the pool. Food was amazing, there was tons of fresh fruit, at the buffet if we didn't see what we wanted we asked and they got it for us. The staff was so friendly never seemed stressed! We didn't have kids but there was alot of activities available for everyone ! Sorry you experience wasn't good for you!!
