Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Main dinning what a joke! I lay the blame on the head guy in reflection dinning room. He was so rude and mea to his staff that they was constant mistakes on food, dripping food on us, felt bad for them. On one occasion he yelled at our waiter in front of all of us!! Not professional at all!!

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Saving of chairs is totally out of control! Signs say no saving chairs but on lido and Tides pool area had towels on them all the time! We watched daily and most of the time either no one showed up or were only there for 5 to 10 minutes at the most. Rules never enforced

Caesar was very rude and sarcastic. A lady questioned why the luggage went where it was and he sarcastically stated because rules are rules!! Seriously???!!! No other area on that ship abides by rules!!

I believe the time of year and crowd makes a difference

Cruising during one of the busiest weeks of the year probably led to some of the issues, since the ships tend to be sold out and at maximum capacity. No ships seem to enforce the saving of chairs. If no one has been in the chair for 20-30 min, just move the items and you have a chair.

Sorry you had bad experience i was on Horizon November 30th for second time and it was even better then tbe first. There were some issues in main dinning room but i never let it bother me. They are trying to serve thousands of people and they wont make everyone happy. Just most of us.
