Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Food was great (that's a huge compliment coming from me) overall. The burgers are better than many on land and the steakhouse has great steak. I liked the tacos as well.
Service was good except in the Jiji Asian Restaurant where I had to wait ten minutes for an Asian beer, or, should I say THE Asian beer as they only had Kirin left out of a menu choice of Singha or Kirin. I enquired after 5 or 6 minutes waiting for the beer and was told that the fridge containing said beers was not on the same deck as the restaurant. I meant to ask the F&B Manager whether that's true, but it slipped my mind. If it is, perhaps a few Asian beers could be kept on hand in Jiji's one way or another to avoid customers having to wait that long for a beer. Also, I think they could do with another beer or two on the menu. I don't need ten to choose from, but 2 is very few. Another thing I didn't like is that they made us keep the dirty knife and fork from the starter to use on the main courses.
Guy's smokehouse was excellent in every way. Fantastic food, friendly service, great beer and cocktails. They even had a live band (who sung really well) in there on the first night.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Didn't do any activities worth mentioning. What struck me was the large quantity of children in the pools even though it was not a holiday week.
Entertainment

The shows were great overall. One was good, the other one was phenomenal. This is WORLDS better than on the Equinox I sailed on the week before.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Service I would say was great to fantastic overall. The stateroom attendant was so thorough, quick, friendly, all smiles, humble and caring it defies belief. It took 3 full days for me to accept that it's not an act, or, say, if it is, it's a permanent one, and therefore isn't really one if you know what I mean.
In the breakfast room, I had 3 good waiters, one excellent one and a bad one. The bad one said hello after we said down for breakfast and I didn't see him again for the next 20 minutes. After 5 minutes, I asked the girl at reception how I could get some coffee. She must have told the manager because the assistant manager showed up 2 minutes later to find out what happened. Never saw him again. When the waiter showed up 20 minutes later with my omelet, he said there's only one person to make them...
Bar staff good overall, except at the Iguana bar where I had to wait so long I left before it was my turn.
Ship Quality

Clean, yes it was clean. Extremely clean. With one drawback : the inner floor tiles on the Lido deck, around the buffet and in the corridors, are not anti-slip ; in fact, they are extremely slippery as is, and even more so with the constant cleaning.
Cabin / Stateroom

Excellent cabin and bathroom design. I especially appreciate it as I was on the celebrity equinox the week before and that cabin was much less good. The only thing I didn't like was the TV in front of the bed. I like to watch TV while sitting, not from the bed.
Went to the Jerk Center to get some chicken jerk. Not sure if that's a good name, but that's what they call their chicken with their red spice mixture (which is very good btw). This is 900 m from the terminal. On half the way, I got offered transportation and drugs by locals hanging around the area. By drugs I mean marijuana and cocaine. The local shops sell overpriced liquor and t-shirts.
Honestly, there's chicken on the ship and I don't like being harassed by vendors and dealers.
