I thoroughly enjoyed myself on this cruise.
The main complaint I had was that the Aft Elevators always seemed to have an extremely long wait... even when people were trying to use them appropriately. One thing I would like to suggest is an indicator showing what deck each elevator is currently on. Then, at least you would know they were working and not just stuck somewhere.

Our second time dining in the main dining room was not a good experience, we waited on our food for two hours. After that we had, a different team taking care of us and they were excellent! Kudos to Martin, Jayrus, and Noien!

The Havana pool and spas were wonderful. We also utilized the Thermal Spa package and thoroughly enjoyed it!

We were very impressed with the talent of Jahni and Ximenia along with their band. They were very friendly and exceptionally talented.

The dining room team we ended up with were fantastic. They went above and beyond I taking care of our needs. Our room steward did a great job of making our stateroom comfortable and clean.

Loved the ship... just would like to see an indicator on the elevators showing what deck each one is currently located. It would help people be a little more patient when waiting for them.

It was a comfortable room... nothing exceptional about it. However, the balcony was fantastic! It was very roomy and overlooked the Havana area.
