Review summary

Ship was the worse we have ever been on! All the negative reviews I had read were spot on!!!! My advice is to keep on looking for a better cruise. We couldn’t wait to get off the boat!!!!!

Don’t sail Horizon! We have cruised many times and always have positive things about the ship but this time we have nothing positive other then we were with family and friends.

I dont see many bad reviews of this ship. But, you didnt like the ship, or the ports. My guess ... it's you. Trying lightening up and have a good time ...quit being Debbie downer! Not every one is lucky enough to have the opportunity to take a cruise.. Suck it up sally...make the best of it and WASH YOUR HANDS!!

I was on this sailing and our group throughly enjoyed the cruise. We all made comment on how good the food was, and that we would definitely go back on the Horizon.

SMH, all the negative reviews? Out of 800 + reviews I believe I noticed Maybe a dozen if that negative reviews of the ship and its staff and crew. I'm thinking maybe it's not so much the ship and crew as it is you being miserable, perhaps by having a stomach virus. And if that's the case it has nothing to do with the cruise ship or staff or crew, or all the islands for that matter. Sorry you had a not so great time. Maybe next time you should stay home and leave the fun to everyone else.

Interesting, we sailed Horizon in January and had an awesome trip! It was so good we are sailing on her again in 10 days!!! About the food poisoning- my bet is that this was actually the result of poor hand hygiene on behalf of the poster. Your best defense against GI illness is to thoroughly wash your hands with HOT SOAPY WATER, sing happy birthday twice to adequately wash your hands.

I sailed Horizon last January had a good cruise. Disappointing that you had not such a good one, but you need to make the best out of it!!

It was a Beautiful Ship. Everyone was so nice. We had the best waiters ever. Our room was awesome and never had to ask for anything they already had it for us..
