The only objection I have is the elevators (smart elevators) were simply terrible. Yoy gad to wait forever for ONE elevator.

The elevators work perfectly only if people use them correctly. The smart elevators are good the problem are the people that doesn't know how to use them. Some people just don't read.

We were on the Horizon in January. It takes a few yrs to get used to the elevators, but read the directions, give it a try and you will love it. We did! Have fun!

The elevators would be great if people would use them as directed. Unfortunately, people try to outsmart the elevators ultimately sending empty elevators to empty floors.

I think that it's a good idea. Now the kids can't push every button and tie up the elevator so one can use it.
