Review summary
Ship was perfect, Horizon staff was perfect with the exception of our room steward who kind of dissapeared halfway through the trip. At first he was great then the service just went away and he did the bare minimum. Other than that everyone was great. Shout out to Runatu and Gordana at the MDR. They were just awesome. Shemeer took the best photos, most of the ones we bought were from him. He knew just what to do getting our photos with two young kids. If you do photos on any of the formal nights, look for Shemeer!!! Just one thing about the elevators, they would work flawlessly if used the right way. The only reason it doesn't work on this ship is because people either do not care, or aren't smart enough to use them. I think most people just don't care. So....it's not the elevator it's you. And one more thing, to those of you that occupied the Cat in the Hat water park seats for hours and hours.....🖕🏼 🖕🏼Embarkation
