I have been a platinum member for Carnival 4 years this by far was the worst experience I have ever had it started with the elevators to the food was horrible I've never been on a Carnival Cruise where a guys burgers were bad I just had nothing good to say about this Cruise other than the destinations were great the ship I would not prefer to sail on it ever again

So sorry to hear you had such a horrible cruise , my wife and I have been on three other cruises with Carnival and never had a bad time , nothing goes perfect all the time but vacation will turn out how you make it , you shouldn't let everything bother you , just go relax and have a good time , We go on the Horizon in about 27 days and are looking forward to it , we have booked the Mardi gras for next year , we always have a good vacation with Carnival , maybe one day she will book on another cruise line but they all go to basically the same places as Carnival and can cost you nearly twice the price , so for now we will stick to what we know and keep on having really good vacations with the Carnival Cruise lines , thanks for your review

10 time Carnival cruisers here. Lots happening on a cruise ship. It can’t all be perfect. Carnival still the best fun and value out there. I agree more likely the cruisers then the cruise.

Your shipmate profile doesnt even show 1 cruise...and it only shows this 1 review...yet you are a Carnival 'Platinum'.. Im thinking your expectations are raised as your card level raises when in fact once your on board your being served the same food as a blue,red,gold, or even a titanium member.

13 Carnival cruises and I’ve never had a bad one. Some better than others? Yes, but sometimes it’s not the cruisers not the cruise.

I am platinum also and just got off the Breeze with my family and wasn’t happy with the ship and service. I am going to try Royal Caribbean, been on four with them. Just booked a 7day Cruise on the Freedom of the Seas for April 26th out of San Juan Puerto Rico.
