Smooth, no delays. Happy that with the online check in, I could just walk onto to the ship and pick up our keys outside our cabin.

Lots of dining options, totally enjoyed dining at the Chef's Table, worth the price. Ji Ji's food was delicious. I would suggest improvement on the Lido Deck buffet, dining room food was great!!

Fitness center was just right in terms of space and equipment (for a gym at sea). I think the pools could be bigger considering the capacity of the ship and particularly since you did not have access to the Havana pool until after 7:30 pm. The serenity pool was an awesome idea but when we went there it was crowded, although that could have been just that day.

Great design, would have loved for all the shops to be on one level. Other than that, I really liked the layout.
