The Habachi grill manager was rude and misplaced our dinner reservation. She ruined our 10 people birthday party that was reserved. Never Have I had someone treat me with such disrespect. She is one of the reason that I may do our next group on another cruise line. She practically called me a liar. The food and beverage manager got involved and get us a table at the Asian restaurant on the top deck. He did his best but I will not be treated like that again.

My room steward, Wayan, was fantastic. He made the trip more bearable. He kept our room clean and added details that were surprising at the end of the day. After I ran around getting my own drinks, it was nice to come to my clean room that Wayan prepared. Love you Wayan for making my vacation a little less stressful.
