Review summary

It started off disappointing us with the embarkation and some bad service. The islands were great and would do them again. I would just have to find another ship out of another port.

Embarkation

This was the worst embarkation I’ve every had. Arrived at the airport at 8:30 AM to make sure we had plenty of time. Checked in for our bus transport to the port only to sit there until 3:00 when we were scheduled to board at 1:00. Loaded the bus and were told about half way to the port that the porters were done for the day and we would have to carry our luggage up to our 9th floor room. Not to mention two people carrying 5 bags of luggage up an escalator. I will never return to the port of Miami to board anything again.

Food was great but getting service was poor. We walked out on a dinner and a brunch due to lack of service. Ordered coffee and sat there for 25 minutes just for coffee.

Pools were great. A little crowded at times but that is expected.

Room steward was Iwan, he was awesome. Couldn’t have been better!! Annamaria and Zoran at Alchemy Bar were the best of the best and were extremely fun to be around. Brilliant!!

Ship tip

Smooth riding due to its size. Elevators are confusing at first but you get used to them.

This is due to not having any porters when we embarked and carrying luggage up an escalator. Very unsafe and someone will get hurt and sue Carnival and Port of Miami !!
