The specialty steakhouse restaurant was excellent, even though we had to complain that we had to wait 15 minutes to be greeted. The main dining hall food was also good. All of the free restaurants were good as well. The buffet area was not impressive by any means. My experience with the buffet was much, much better on RC's Harmony of The Seas.

Onboard Activities

The pools were smaller than I expected, but not bad by any means. The Sky Ride was impressive and probably my favorite thing to do.

Entertainment

Entertainment on board was ok. The shows just didn't grab my attention. I'm not saying they were bad, but Harmony of The Seas shows blows Horizon Out of the water. Lip Sync Battle, Love and Marriage, Quest and The Hairy Man Competition was awesome though. The staff and the cruise director are all top notch.

Children's Programs

My son despised the kids club on Harmony of The Seas. However, on Horizon, he never wanted to leave and was there almost every day.

Everything was great. Size, cleanliness and comfort. I did not like the fact that the shower had a curtain instead of a glass door.
