Who did u book through ?I've never heard of a 750 onboard credit ..but if u booked through a ta then u need to speak with them .

You should have went straight to customer service and or called your traveled agent about your on board credit .

You need to have it in writing on your booking before you board so you can take it to customer service we had been stung once but not anymore .....
