We loved it. We disconnected, stayed off the "grid" , relaxed, enjoyed and let everyone take care of us. What a treat. The boat was spectacular. This was our boys first cruise and they had so much fun. Thank you for everything, we will be back!

Guy's Burger Joint - one of the best burgers we've eaten anywhere. The lines were long but moved really fast. The service was top notch.
555 Steak House - Literally one of THE best experiences in a restaurant. The creative presentation combined with the incredible preparation, flavors, options. The service was 5 star. How do they do this with such a small staff? OUTSTANDING.
Italian Cucina - We went twice it was so fantastic. Authentic Italian, outstanding flavors and service.
Main dining -- The food in the main dining room is very good. The service is what shines and you never wait!! They have their systems down and their staff is fun and makes everyone feel special.
Onboard Activities

Tides Pool was our favorite. The pool gets a bit crowded but the kids are kept in check by the outstanding lifeguards and the deck and bar were wonderful.
Sports deck - fun mini golf and Sky Rider!
Spa - very nice spa. They sell products a bit too hard at the end of a service but the massage was very good.

Havana Bar and band - WE LOVED the band and dancing at the Havana Bar. So much fun!!!
Singers at BBQ restaurant (Liam) - super talented singer/songwriter at Pig BBQ
Piano Bar -- LOVED the super talented piano player at the piano bar. He was Australian and incredibly talented. Played both originals and covers and we have since downloaded his albums on Spotify.
Service and Staff

TOP NOTCH. They work so incredibly hard. They work up to 70 hours per week and I can't say enough good things. Aldin, who cleaned our room and addressed us by name every day from day one, Alex who is in charge of Training and Dev and gave us our Behind the Fun tour, Enrico who was the lead engineer in the control room, Doan at the Havana Bar and on and on and on. Super clean ship, super hard working staff I appreciate so much.
Ship Quality

Honestly don't know how they keep it so clean and shiny with all of those passengers all day long. Incredibly clean and well maintained. We liked the layout very much.
Cabin / Stateroom

Loved the top bunk that pulled out of the ceiling. We were able to manage well with 4 people. Balcony was private and beautiful.
Ship tip
Use the Havana pool and hot tubs after 7pm (open to all)! What a treat. ALSO---if you can, take the Behind the Fun tour on the Friday of your cruise. WOW. If you really want to know how this boat is run and how the 1500 person staff gets it done, make sure you do this onboard tour. AMAZING.
Not my favorite only due to the non stop "selling" and pitching of souvineers, beer etc. etc. But Margaritaville is always a fun stop and within walking distance of the ship.
The jeep tour was a blast!!!! We were a little concerned about this NOT being a Carnival excursion but Cruises Only was on POINT with their directions to meet up based on what dock we arrived at. The guide was terrific the snorkling, jeeps, lunch, tequila factory, wildlife park and beach were amazing!! And they were VERY conscious about getting us back to the dock on time. Thank you!
