the horizon is just a ship it's very plain Jane, made to look like a hotel 6 . the only thing carnival has now is the best and most ports of call. If Royal Caribbean had the same itinerarys carnival would be in trouble.

your time dining left much to be desired always put against a pillar , or next to server station, not once did we see a photographer, waiters dont give the same experience as a set dining time.

for being the flag ship I expected better , room stewards never said hi or say our names but did keep the room nice. waiters were disengaged except for Tomina I would definitely ask to be seated in her section again. the Showtime was way to often 1 or 2 times a cruise is plenty, not every night to the same song.

a hint to carnival dont park your ship between the MSC Seaside and the Norwegian Bliss they made your same old same design look like the horizon was right out of a love boat commercial. plus the automatic elevators are a nightmare .

clean , was comfortable untill they Ahmad to put the ship at 24 knots to make up time the allot of engine noise and shaking
I was impressed with how they have made the cruise ship terminal much better, and have made a point of cleaning up all the trash on the sides of the roads .
It’s hardly worth commenting on your review simply a bashing of Carnival with no quality to your actual review. Only an idiot can’t run the elevators they are incredibly smart and operate well! As for the size of the Horizon compared to other ships?? Are you a child?? Please everyone ignore this review as it doesn’t even make sense!
