Review summary

The cruise was nice but I don’t think I will choose to go on the Horizon again due to a few employees who made me feel like they were annoyed with having to work and tell me I didn’t order what I had known I ordered. This happened a couple of times (at the comedy club) and they were not apologetic at all.

The food was great and so was the dining room staff (Benjamin and Paul were exceptional). The staff (with the exception or a few) at the bars were not!! They just seemed like they were annoyed and didn’t want to be there.

Onboard Activities

I was on the spa deck so I enjoyed the mineral hot tub and steam rooms not to mention the stone recliners they have. The comedians on board were hilarious.

The comedy shows were awesome and I loved the show Soulbound too.

The waiters were excellent (especially Benjamin and Paul). My room steward was excellent also and always made sure to ask how my day was. I did have several bar workers who acted rude and didn’t want to be bothered. I never had this happen on the last cruise I was on (The Vista).
