Over all it was a great trip. The dinning, entertainment, service all top notch. The new ship had a lot of wonderful upgrades. We did like the new lay out of the "Punch liner" limelight area. Liquid lounge was better laid out and seats a lot more comfortable the the other ships we have been on. Loved the screen interaction. WOW what a show impact. AMAZING! The The premium areas seemed to be a waist of space. We went by the IMAX every day on our way to our cabins and we never saw anyone using it. Most of the restaurants on deck 5 were empty and the Havana deck was mostly unused. The spaces could be better used for better inclusive areas.
Embarkation

With the exception of being stuck in a handicap elevator with my handicapped mother in law, quite good.

Food and Dining

The staff were top notch. The service was as friendly as possible. The staff called everyone by name and when some of our party didn't show up for dinner, they were missed, called by name and inquired about why they didn't make it to dinner. (Late shore excursion one night and another ill one night). When my mother was feeling ill one night, Mario got her meal for us to take back to her room. My mother didn't feel like eating but when we brought her her dinner, she was so happy and it made her feel better. Thanks to Mario.
Onboard Activities

We spent a lot of time on the lido deck. We were not happy with the aft pool and hot tubs not being Adult only. We were only able to actually get into the pool one day. The pool and hot tubs was packed with kids and there snorkeling gear. We did like the sky ride, obstetrical course, golf, and the water park. The lounge chairs being "Saved" was a nuisance. First thing in the morning the chairs were all covered with towels but no one around! We did see people putting notes on the chairs but that didn't seem to work.
Entertainment

Loved the comedy shows, piano bar, stage shows, games, DJ's, ect. The trivia games with people "Googling" the answers was irritating but that has been on every cruise we have been on. We spent a lot of time in the piano bar. Both formats were enjoyed.
Service and Staff

Sue had our room cleaned in a timely manner every day. She was like a "Ninja", in and out before we knew it. We never caught her in our room but could she was there. We didn't keep to a set schedule so her getting in and out like she did was quite impressing. We would pass her in the passageway and she did call us by name and new all of our party (6 in three cabins).
Ship Quality

We missed the barbecue area, having the extra Pay to eat areas took away from eating areas and made them over crowed in relationship to the other ships we have been on. The same goes with the Havana area. Those "Premium" areas made the rest of the areas over pressured and over crowed. One day when we couldn't even get into the pool, I looked over the railing and saw the Havana pool had one person with only her feet in the pool. (A waist of space) The new elevators were not appropriated. Travailing with two elderly ladies, who can't do stairs, made it difficult to get up and down deck levels. Passengers were not educated on how to use the system. Most times the elevators were over crowed and we couldn't get on the first one because there was not room for all passengers and walkers. We would try to summon elevator for 8 passengers even though we only had 6 to compensate for the walkers but that didn't work most times either.
Cabin / Stateroom

Would like to have a true king size bed instead of two twin beds pushed together. My wife and I sleep together and don't like the gap between us. Might as well leave the beds separated at that point. (Suggest a mattress pad over both beds to fix issue and it is also easy enough to convert). The smaller ships we have been on actually had more closet space. With a week long cruise the one closet was a tight fit for formals and other hanging clothes. Our fridge didn't cool anything. We always get bottled water and put it in the fridge. The water left out on the counter was the same or colder temperature then what was in the fridge. We did ask for it to be looked at but nothing (to our knowledge) was done.
Ship tip
Use the stairs, the elevators are confusing and on the first day you will spend half the day waiting on the correct elevator. Most guest didn't use the system as it was designed (activate the desired floor for each passenger) over loading car so you have to start over and over until you finally have room to finally get on a elevator.
Getting off with elderly mother in law was quite easy. The elevator we got stuck on embarking was fixed, we were weary when we had to get back on that one. Other then that, it went smoothly. Our bus driver on the shuttle to the airport was quite informative and humorous.
