Review summary

Cruise was great! I do have two issues, my wife ordered room decorations for our anniversary, did not get that, she went to service desk and was told they emailed that department and w ok uld let her know, never heard back. Haven't seen a credit in the credit card or anything. Also, at the steakhouse (2)and bonsai, we were shared the new rates after December went up, however I made reservations prior to December. Went to service desk, was told she emailed for credit, never saw the credit ok n our statement. I would like for someone to call me on these items or email me and have this corrected. Thanks

Process was great, but agent at gate that processed our passport and boarding pass lied about the benefit on board for St Judes. She asked about donating and when I said I would do it on board at the party, she said they didnt do they party on board anymore. So I did a donation. Imagine my surprise when it was on the itinerary for last day of the cruise! And that donation made at the gate didnt qualify me for tshirts or benefits as it would on board. However Mike, the great cruise director he is, worked it out for us!!

Serenitydeck, although sometimes it wasnt so serene as some guests were too loud from having too much to drink. , pools grounded and hot tubs taken over by people who camped out in them. Spa on last, did detox clinic, and pamper party (wife), a lot if sales ploys.

Lay out great, could use another bigger pool area. Kids didnt use the water park as much as they designed it for I think. Dont think I ever saw a dirty place anywhere

Great bed, staff excellent, saw them a few times but kept the cabin clean and stocked.
