Review summary
We really enjoyed the Horizon. The lay out was easy for us as we had just been on the Vista 2 weeks before. I really like the elevators, but alot of older people complained about them. Guy Ferraro : burgers and the smoke house are excellent. Some of the best greens I have ever eaten. The burgers and smoked chicken are VERY good too! The buffets need tweaked. Most of all the hot foods are cold, possibly need to get additional hot carts to keep foods hot. Even breakfast foods were cold. Eggs Benedict is pretty nasty cold! But the Oatmeal was hot and tasty and I liked the brown sugar offered. the Omelette Bar is awesome: so we had fried eggs or omelettes most mornings since they were made fresh and hot!Embarkation
