this was Horrible very disorganized took for ever trying to Disembark. Crossing the street while lugging heavy luggage trying to locate Uber was a nightmare.

Some not all at the main dinning room were not friendly at all. the pizza guy seemed angry all the time. Costumer service had attitude. Guys burger staff amazing!!! taco spot service was very pleasant .

my room steward Mr. M he was friendly always had a smile,greeted us by name . cabin was always clean comfortable cabin plenty of closets & storage , beds were comfortable. room service was great.
Ship tip
Elevators are always crowded, use the stairs. get to the shows early if you want a good seat. relax and have fun!!!!
took a taxi to the beach rented beach chairs & umbrella had an excellent beach day. afterwards walked around old San Juan grabbed a bite to eat did some shopping
Issues outside the terminal are not the fault of the cruise line, that is the fault of the port authority. As for the rude passengers, well, again, the cruise line can’t predetermine who will and who won’t be a jerk. You just have to minimize the possibility of having a large number of jerks by picking a different port of departure. No way possible to guarantee against them. 🤦♂️
I had no issues with the ship. It's beautiful and we had a blast with the exception of some classless passengers. We ate in MDR everyday..breakfast and dinner. Lunch was Guy's, Mongolian Wok if you lined up an hour early, Seafood Shack etc. We stayed clear of the buffet. It was terrible. I would certainly sail this ship again, just not from NY
I agree that crossing the street toting luggage is an absolute nightmare. We walked half a block to meet our Car Service. I will admit that debarkation for us was very fast. Lines through customs moved very quickly.
