Review summary

The ship was great an awesome design and the specialty restaurants were very good. Food in the main dining was fine but nothing great. The itinerary of this ship is weak, especially for repeat cruisers.

I loved the layout, we never ran into any crowds and the ship did not feel crowded. Well maintained and very clean.

Our balcony was huge ! the room was also quite large - closet space was tight but OK. Quiet area of the ship.

Ship tip

Book a room in the Havana Cabana but the upper floors.

Simply not enough to do here in this port. Have been here several times on cruises, so the hurricane aside, they do not offer enough excursions - there are only so many times you can walk around Old San Juan.

Amber Cove (Puerto Plata), Dominican Republic

We took and excursion so we did not visit AmberCover. This excursion was the first one that we did not like after many years of cruising. The area and beach were dirty, the water had a seaweed bed and many shells...Staff was great but we should have stayed at the pool
