Review summary
Food quality was poor. It appears as if they control the bacon portion in the a.m. Most staff members are not friendly. The shows are nothing to brag about compared to other cruises. It seems as the staff is overworked; not enough employees; observed one staff member in multiple areas in one day. That guy must have been exhausted! On a positive note, our steward Supraman was the best! Very friendly, kept our cabin clean and was there in a split second when we requested ice in the bucket. Most staff members are not approachable. The Cloud Spa area the staff is very stiff, almost mechanical; can't understand them due to their dialect. Music was good. Cheap with their prizes.Embarkation
