I did not like the Carnival Horizon Ship. It’s too many wrongs verses too many rights. Never again will I travel Carival cruises.

Review summary

I hated it and I have taken a lot of Cruises but this one was the cruise from hell with carnival. The other cruises always took care of me and I had a really good time. I wasted my money and is really angry about this trip. I am going to tell others not to vacation on the Carnival Horizon so thanks for the poor service I did received

Customer service should be fired. They tried and beat me out of money by putting a charge on my account because Jave restaurant made a mistake

The floors stayed wet and they took a long time cleaning in a lot of areas of ship

Ship tip

I would tell them be aware of the slippery floors on top deck, in cabin 2318 be aware of not having noticed of the pouring water when they are cleaning above the room. And personally I would not vacation ever with carnival again. Last the curphew for kids should be stricker because the little kids and babies are out really late where they should be in there cabins

Best part of the ship even where we docked. The stores was clean and the people were really nice. The resort we went on was better service than the ship even the food and the people. Did not want to leave and will be going back but on a plane the next time
