On the first day was a challenge getting on board, for some of us who travel all night or early in the morning would of like to get on board around noon when get to the ship, Not sure what was wrong.

Had a wonderful time, really enjoyed the cruise. The services was good, the crew was friendly and very personable.

I will be going on more cruises with Carnival. I was pleased with the cruise with the exception of the Belize tour

I had a great time. the dining was excellent. The staff were wonderful. Enjoyed myself. I am planning my next cruise already.

Outdoor movies were not for adults unless you like animated, cartoon movies. In the dining room, if you want cheese cake for desert, they will not get it for you, you have to order it from room service and bring it with you to dinner, which I did and shared it with others at my table, or use Princess, they got me cheese cake every night, even though it was not on the menu. Don't expect the worker behind the buffet counter to get you thousand island dressing, they tell you to go to the other end of the buffet to get it yourself. A lot of items on the buffet were not named, so you have no idea what it was, and they were named wrong a lot of the times. Ask for sugar free desert they will tell you it has less sugar or they tell you I don't know. On the serenity deck, a couple of the lounges were torn and the foam was showing.

Rough start embarking was disorganized and chaotic. Poor signage and lack of handy maps makes finding events difficult. The dining room food was ok but beware of buffet, there is a real lack of hygiene practices with food handlers Eat ate your own risk

AIR CONDITIONING WAS HORRIBLE!! WIFI WAS ALSO HORRIBLE I DON'T FEEL LIKE I GOT MY MONEIES WORTH!! DIDN'T WORK MOST OF THE TRIP!! I THINK OVER ALL THE SHIP NEEDS TO BE UPDATED!! STAFF AND CREW WAS AWESOME AND THE PORTS ALSO!! BUT I DON'T THINK I'LL BE TAKING THIS PARTICULAR ONE AGAIN TILL IT'S UPDATED!!

Very disappointed on how Carnival didn't handle the out of control kids on our floor after several rooms complained about them. The "Guest Services" did nothing and Security on board did even less. This was our first and our absolute last cruise with Carnival. Food was okay at best but the staff was very friendly.

Only a few minor issues: 1. Purchased a bloody mary as soon as I got on the ship - there were funds on my sail & sign document. Went to purchase a Carnival yeti cup with ice water and after the bartender gave it to me he came back 3 minutes later and rudely snatched it away from me saying I had no money. Went to guest services and 20 minutes later the money showed up. The bartender could have just told me to go to guest services to resolve the problem instead of snatching the cup away from me (Bartender's name: Winston, Red Frog Bar) 2. One morning the bacon was ice cold but the crew member who was serving it immediately replaced it (no big deal) 3. No AC for 4 days - the maintenance men came with a thermometer and it registered 74 degrees; they explained this was the normal. I explained to them that I sleep with my AC on at 68 (i'm an older woman who still experiences night sweats). They said there was nothing to do about it but when I asked for a fan, they returned within 5 minutes with it. Other than that - everything was great!

It was the most relaxing vacation we have ever taken! We highly recommend cruising! We will be booking our next one real soon!!!

So I don't even know where to begin I got on the cruise that was fine Saturday was fine Sunday was fine Monday that's when the problems begin I had no air condition in my room from Monday through the end of my cruise nothing was satisfactory , our room was 80 plus degrees in the morning they kept saying it would be fixed soon the air conditioner, awful on board experience after not having gone on vacation for 8 yrs, it was my daughter's 16th bday, ruined

Wonderful cruise except for one seminar telling us how bad America is, that totally ruined the whole cruise experience for me. Tried to talk to a customer service rep and it seemed like he didnt care. Will love to go on a cruise again just not with Carnival.

Overall, I enjoyed every minute of the Carnival Glory Cruise vacation.

We went with another couple and had a great experience the staff was probably the best there is always something to do and we loved all the options of food

Overall, everything was great! we had a great family time, the staff was great, there were few hiccups but nothing mayor to prevent us from having fun, we will definitely go on carnival cruise again.

Very enjoyable time. Staff work hard to make sure that guests have the best experience. Ship was very clean and staff were friendly.

My family and I had a wonderful time on this cruise! There was so much to do on board. The entertainment was amazing. The food was really good. The staff was very generous and professional. I would definitely recommend this crew.
