Review summary

Old ship. I have cruised on over 10 cruises and have never felt like I got robbed for my money. The food was not good. It was cold or lukewarm at best. The service is very un attentive. The entertainment was lacking. It did not feel like a carnival party. The itinerary was fine. We did Bimini and Nassau. The most positive thing about this cruise was the digital hub app. Embarkation was slow but debarking was fast. Several people came off the ship with Covid. The children were very rude and un Ruley. The curfew card is set was never enforced. Carnival should also enforce the dress code in their dining rooms at dinner time. Wearing cut off shorts, flip-flops, and pajamas to the dining room should never be allowed. Expect long lines for food and dirty tables. Be prepared to bus your own tables. The crew looked very overworked and exhausted like they did not want to be there. Overall I’ve taken better cruises and I could honestly say this is the first time I felt robbed of my money.

If you’re a ‘seasoned cruiser’ then I think you need to lighten up and mind your own business. Covid?? What does that have to do with your experience? It’s endemic to most of the world now - expect people to catch it from time to time. MDR dress code?? Worry about yourself, not others. I guarantee that should not affect your own experience. ‘Unruly kids’?? Aren’t they all lol? Carnival is home to many family vacations - maybe try and enjoy the fact that the kids are happy and having a good time. Let it left your spirits. Otherwise, try an adults only cruise (Virgin?). Carnival staff being unhelpful and non-cheery?? I call BS… If you’re the posh, high maintenance type (read pain the neck), then try a boring posh type of cruise line where you can shop all day in their floating cities and pretend to be high class at dinner. My suggestion?? Relax and live a little! Hope you learn to enjoy the little things in life before it’s too late. Happy cruising

For the commenter that told me to try a longer cruise. I have cruised back to back and I feel like I am a seasoned cruiser having taken over 10 cruises. The duration of this cruise still wouldn’t change my mind. I’m fully aware that cruising is what you make it. Enjoy your next cruise.

You make your cruise what it is. I spend alot on cruises and always have a great time. I go with great family and friends 🧡 and we always have a Fabulous Time. Getting ready to go on Glory again in 7 days with family and Carnival never disappoints.
