Review summary

overall cruise was great. Only thing that I feel like they should have done was, we were sick and they wouldn't give us our money back on the excursion we had paid for at Freeport. That was very disappointing.

Carnival always refunded my excursion due to illness and once for a back problem. However, it must be through Carnival. If you got an excursion with another party, then Carnival has no responsibility to refund you for someone else's company. Not sure if that was why no refund.
