Review summary

This was our first time on a Carnival ship. Everything was great except the air conditioning. We will definitely try another carnival ship

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Buffet was ok. Main dining wasn't the best. Guys burgers were amazing

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
There was a lot to do. The cruise director Charlie was so great. She put a lot into the cruise.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Comedy shows were great. Just June had us laughing the whole time

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
We didn't have air conditioning in our room for 4 of the 7 days. They checked the Temperature daily, gave us a fan and gave us some of our money back. There wasn't any other rooms to move us as it was 100 percent full

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
They were constantly cleaning. It was a nice ship. Old, but nice.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The cabin was larger than Royal Caribbean. The window was a nice size.

Ship tip

Its an older ship. But we were able to do so much more with the money we saved. The staff all seem very happy. They put alot of effort into making it a nice time.

Ports of call

Cozumel, Mexico

5 out of 5
Cozumel was by far our favorite port. The port was very nice and clean. We did the surf and turf excursion. It consisted of riding dune buggies, then speed boats and then beach and lunch. It was so much fun.

New Orleans, Louisiana

3 out of 5
New Orleans is a sketchy place. But the terminal was nice and fast to board

George Town, Grand Cayman

5 out of 5
We had so much fun in Grand Cayman. It's a beautiful country. We went to the turtle center and swam with the turtles. It was an awesome experience.

Montego Bay, Jamaica

4 out of 5
We loved Jamaica. We went to Doctors Cave and Shopping. We did not feel unsafe. The people are nice there. They do offer you drugs but just tell them no and they will leave you alone. The water is so clear there.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
That was the quickest disembarkation we have ever been through.
