Ice cream is actually ice milk. Pizza was cardboard. Main dining room had nothing with any kind of wow factor.

Pool areas all too crowded. Stairs to the slides burned your feet. Need to resurface those areas.

Show seats filled up quickly. Need to have more late night shows. Dinner takes forever in the main dining rooms so we missed alot of the early shows.

Our room steward was good. Room service not so good! Lots of miscommunication when we pre-order food to be delivered. Never came when we wanted it to arrive. Wifi package is a waste of money! It barely worked!

Ship Quality

Bathrooms dirty and alot of the sinks toilets broken. Morning of departure they decide to paint! Then we were told they needed to power wash the balconies AFTER they painted! Left a weird smell afterwards!
