Service was great. Comedy clubs had 2 of 4 comedians that were better. O2 club was a hit with 15 yr boy and 17 yr girl. Cookie was wonderful. Platinum waiters at our table fantastic. Need more diverse activities on sea days. Cabin steward was great.

Our waiters were anak agung, junaidi, and mawai in the platinum restaurant during the week. They were attentive and prompt with food and drink. They also made a big deal for my son's 15th birthday. They service was exceptional.

Cookie was amazing as a cruise director. He is vivacious and infectious with positivity. We would go on another cruise he is leading.

Komang was friendly everything we saw him and my teenagers loved that he knew their names. Our stateroom was always tidy and neat. We appreciated his extra effort regarding our space.

Family of 4 is difficult for size when all 4 are grown. We are athletic and space was still an issue. I'm sure it was more difficult for others who are bigger in stature.
