Review summary

My first Carnaval cruise. Loved relax atmosphere and great cruise director. Please revamp your MDR app and give tables 2 forks and more than 1 piece of bread and a paper menu

Food and Dining

The MDR needs to revamp their checking on hub app and also offer a real menu instead of using a phone. Let me try to explain. My mistake in booking anytime dining but no excuse. Used phone to set up booking for 5:30 but never seats till 6 or later. Get at mdr and always wait time. Service in center , not sides, terrible. I think they even forgot we there. Never came with dessert so decided to leave. Had to keep my fork from salad to eat main dish and desert. People waiting to get in and we all standing around. The buffet, hamburger place and Mexican all excellent and great service.

We were recently on Glory. 1 fork. Therefore, you need to hang on to your fork like it's your precious!

Appreciate your feedback. The reservation for YTD open at 5:15 for 5:30 seating. A paper menu is available upon request. You can ask for more than one roll. Since this was your first time, it’s hard to keep up with all the information coming at you. Glad you enjoyed your some of your cruise.

It’s always best to book fixed dining times. That way you’re not waiting for a table to be available and you have the same waitstaff the entire cruise.

you can get a "real" menu. you just have to ask for it. it's like this on all cruise lines now
