Review summary
The biggest highlight of this cruise was the fact that I was able to bring my mother and father. They haven’t been able to cruise in over three years because of health reasons. So it was worth 1 million bucks to see the smile on her faceEmbarkation
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
The Carnival Deli
I could always count on a good buffalo chicken sandwich from here. And my wife loves the mozzarella and tomato sandwich
Lido Marketplace
Very repetitive
Guy's Burger Joint
Always good
Dining Room
Always seem to be very slow process getting your food. And usually not hot enough. it would be nice to see carnival switch up the menu a little bit
BlueIguana Cantina
I can always count on getting good food from this location
Onboard Activities
Whirlpool Spa
There very overcrowded. Especially with kids that never seem to have to get out to go to the bathroom?? Also in the last five or six cruises that I’ve done it’s very rare to find a hot tub that’s actually hot. I complained multiple times on different cruise ships. Never seems to be addressed. Maybe this is Carnival’s way of more cost cutting lower the temperature
Serenity
Could always find a chair to relax and unwind.
Cobalt Pool
Always very crowded.
Entertainment
Ebony Cabaret Aft Lounge
Punchline comedy shows were pretty good. It’s always hit and miss with some of the comedians.
Amber Palace Main Lounge
The showcase production dancers and singers seem to do a very good job
Service and Staff
Ship Quality
Cabin / Stateroom
Ship tip
Pick a different ship. Carnival has many other ships that are in better shape and more enjoyable
