Review summary

The biggest highlight of this cruise was the fact that I was able to bring my mother and father. They haven’t been able to cruise in over three years because of health reasons. So it was worth 1 million bucks to see the smile on her face

There very overcrowded. Especially with kids that never seem to have to get out to go to the bathroom?? Also in the last five or six cruises that I’ve done it’s very rare to find a hot tub that’s actually hot. I complained multiple times on different cruise ships. Never seems to be addressed. Maybe this is Carnival’s way of more cost cutting lower the temperature

This is an easy one to usually fill out because we don’t usually have any negative experiences with the staff. Our room Stewart did a great job keeping the room clean and keeping the ice full. Our weight staff did a very good job and usually addressed us by our name

The ship layout seemed easy enough to navigate. But many many areas of the ship were in need of TLC. Like the black mould that was in the steam room or in the sauna couple planks of the wood hanging that could be a safety issue. all in all I have to say that out of 22 cruises this was probably our second worst experience
