Review summary

We had a great time. This was our longest cruise yet and it did not disappoint. The ship does need some love as some things are in disrepair. They were working on parts of it while we were cruising but it didn't stop the fun.

Checked in at 1130 with no issues. It was a very quick process.

Normal carnival buffets food was decent. They have the cakes where they will cut peices off for you. They were so much better than the prepackaged desserts we have had previously.

The shows were great. Pools were clean.

This was the first cruise where we actually went to the shows. We were not disappointed!

The ship needs some serious TLC. We had a piece of trim fall off while we were in the elevator. Some tiles were loose in the buffet areas and soft spots on deck 10. There was a drink spilt in one of the seats in the Amber Palace on deck 4 with the cup sitting next to the seat. It was there the next night as well.

Our steward Allison was very nice and our room was clean. Had a dirty wine glass in it to start with though.
