Embarkation on the Glory from the New Orleans port was quick and easy. Really didn't wait in lines and pretty much kept walking all the way onto the ship

We ate in the MDR once the first night. So much to do on the ship we figured we'd stick to the buffet to get all we wanted to do done. Love that Guys Burgers are open once we get back on the ship on port days. Wish the Blue Iguana Cantina was open longer...at least til 4, love their food! The buffets were good and always a great selection. Had the BBQ it was really spicy for my liking but w/ enough Chocolate milk to cool my tongue down I finished my plate. Mac & Cheese was awesome! Glad I got 2 helpings when there cuz my husband ate most.
Onboard Activities

The pools & hottubs were never crowded and that was nice. I enjoy the Making it w/ Michaels activity. Love the guess the song/title/artist from the 80's. Ice carving is fun but I wish it was a different sculpture than what we've seen on the other boats.
Entertainment

Loved the ships stage shows. All were entertaining and really enjoyed the new Latin one....puts you into the Caribbean mode. Comedy was hilarious each night!

loved the layout of the Glory. easy to maneuver around and didn't seem to always be waiting for someone to move to get by them. we enjoy sitting on the decks watching the water and didn't mind moving chairs to the rail to do this, still out of everyones way.
Cabin / Stateroom

LOVED THE BED COMFINESS!! I slept like a baby being rocked to sleep each night! Our cabin was a great size for the two of us.
Ship tip
Women bring hair bands! The tropical breeze is hurricane force most of the time on the decks. Hats won't cut it either...you'll be chasing most of the time.
WHAT A PARTY CITY! Food was great. Everyone is a tourist so everyone is friendly and aware of their surroundings. We went to the casino and zoo before getting on the ship.
LOVED this port! We rented a taxi through Roatan Adventure Tours and got Jeff James who was an excellent guide. He took us to all the stops on my list and added some of his favorites. We went to the Iguana Farm, Manawakie Park and held a spider-monkey and Sloth. Learned a lot of the culture! Went to the lighthouse, chocolate factory, rum factory. Jeff stopped at West Bay Beach, and we walked the beach. The restaurant at the very end of the right side of the beach had BOGO on all drinks which were only $5, so we enjoyed our drinks walking down the beaches. Beautiful! Jeff brought us back to the ship and we headed over to the Mahogany Bay Beach by the nature trail which was really neat. The beach there was just a beautiful! We walked it to the pier and just took in all the beauty.
Rented electric bikes from Beach Bum Bikes and had a blast seeing the island. Went snorkeling at the Sky Reef also. We will definitely rent the ebikes again next time we port here again!
