The wait staff in the main dining room and our cabin steward were awesome. Unfortunately the staff at guest services were horrid thus is why I’m rating thus area so poorly.

Glory is one of my favorite ships but the two times I sailed on her I encountered this woman(don’t get how she got another contract 🤔)at Guest Services who should not be working at Guest Services but I didn’t let that ruin my cruise.

We sailed on the Glory on 9/22/19. Yes, she is an older ship but in very good shape. Justin, CD, is excellent. Carnival staff cannot be beaten. Don’t listen to any troll that just is a very unhappy person. Love the Glory and Carnival.
