This was our first cruise and we celebrated our 20 year wedding anniversary. The overall experience has helped us decide that we need to go on more cruises. It was the most enjoyable get away from reality ever, and we are already looking into booking another cruise.

I would have rated it a 5 star except for the POOR service and average food in the Carnival Steakhouse. The waiter in the Steakhouse was rude, condescending and made us feel like we were not good enough to be there. The Platinum Dining area was incredible and one of the highlights of the cruise.

Not fun at all. Food was average at best. Waiter acted like we were not good enough to be in the Steakhouse. Value for the money was very poor. Would never go back there. They ruined our 20th anniversary dinner.
Guy's Burger Joint

Not just a greasy burger. These were incredible and each one better than the last. Only thing is the lines to grab this yummy item were always long, but worth the wait.

An area for adults to kick back, relax, get drinks quickly, no kids splashing you, read a book, do nothing, whatever you like, this was the area to chill out.

The Rock show was incredible and the best show of the cruise. Some of the shows were a little cheesy and showed the limitations of onboard shows.

Our cabin steward was incredible!! He always greeted us with a smile and remembered our names. The wait staff in the Platinum Dining area helped make every meal special.

Designed by a drunk sailor. To go forward or aft, make sure you are on deck 6 or you will be back tracking
Cabin / Stateroom

We were in cabin 6452 portside aft wrap around deck. The deck was incredible!! It was so large that it could double as a small jogging track. The cabin was nicely sized with huge windows which offered great views both during the day and at night. It was more than worth the extra expense and we will never choose a cabin without this size deck again. Loved it!!!!
Ship tip
Remember that deck 6 goes fully forward to aft and you need to use it to travel quickly
Had fun, drank too much rum punch on the Catamaran excursion. Margaretaville was a blast. Jamaica was an okay stop. Would not choose to go again though.
Did the VIP dolphin experience. The organization of this excursion was average at best. We nearly missed our time with the dolphins. The staff was very nice, but overall not very well organized. More time in the port would have been nice.
